Staff friendly, clean, great location.

We enjoyed a fun day in the indoor saltwater heated pool while my granddaughter played and splashed around. It was a great way to unwind after exploring Franklin. The on-site fitness center was also a nice touch for those looking to stay active.

In my wife’s opinion, the mattress was too hard for a good night's sleep. A room upgrade option would be great for families with children.

i had a fantastic stay at comfort inn. the king room with a spa bath was amazing, and the pillows were super comfortable. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby. i loved the indoor saltwater heated pool where i could unwind after a long day. the staff was accommodating, making my stay even better.

Not too shabby for a quick stay

So, I stayed here for a night with my fam. The room was clean but kinda had that old vibe. The breakfast was warm and decent, and I loved that it was pet-friendly. Only thing is the coffee could have been better. Plus, the pool was closed, which was a bummer.

the queen room was nice with air conditioning, a refrigerator, microwave, and good cable channels. the bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. the indoor pool was perfect for the kids after shopping in the area, and the fitness center had plenty of equipment. staff was super nice, and breakfast had a great variety to choose from.

The bed was comfortable, but the carpet smelled of a rank odor.
